Product testing coordination

Testing must address a defined assessment task. We identify requirements, programmes, methods and samples, select a laboratory and coordinate the process.

Programme and methods

We determine characteristics to be checked, applicable methods, conditions and criteria. Scope depends on the product and procedure.

Laboratory

We review laboratory competence, methods, equipment and capabilities. Testing is performed by the agreed independent organization.

Samples and identification

We clarify model, manufacturer, parameters, quantity, preparation, sampling and transfer. Sample identification must match product documents.

Product categories

Industrial and electrical equipment, medical devices, food, textiles and materials, within the selected laboratory’s capabilities and methods.

Coordination and reports

We coordinate document transfer, scheduling and participants, reviewing resulting reports against the project objective.

International projects and nonconformities

We coordinate testing for CE and other applicable market requirements. Nonconformities may require corrective actions and reassessment. Management system auditing and laboratory testing are distinct procedures.
