Agreeing services
Scope, schedule, pricing, deliverables, payment and responsibilities are agreed in the proposal and contract. A call or email does not automatically conclude a contract.
Independent assessment
The company advises and coordinates. Laboratories perform testing and calibration; competent parties decide certification, verification and market access. Support does not guarantee a positive decision.
Client information
Accurate product, manufacturer, process, site and market information is required. Changes may affect requirements, timing and scope; notify us before the relevant stage continues.
Materials and marks
Materials are for information. Commercial reproduction requires agreement with the rights holder. Standards and trademarks belong to their owners; references do not imply accreditation or representation.
Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access or send harmful content. A lawful basis is required to share third-party personal data.
Links and updates
External resources are controlled by their owners. Requirements change; editions and procedures are confirmed for each project. Translation differences are resolved using agreed documents and official requirements.
Disagreements
